Are you ready to embrace the future with us?About the roleJob Type:Full-timeWe are looking for a detail-oriented and experiencedSenior Accountantto join our finance team.
This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations. The ideal candidate has a strong background in general accounting, financial reporting, and process improvement.Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and monthly closing activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
- Analyze financial data and provide insight into company performance.
- Prepare internal and external financial reports in accordance with local GAAP and/or IFRS/US GAAP.
- Maintain and improve accounting systems, processes, and controls.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Assist with tax filings, regulatory compliance, and statutory reporting.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as needed.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Mentor junior accountants and assist in team development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred).
- 3–7 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices (local GAAP, IFRS, or US GAAP).
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a multinational or fast-paced corporate environment.
- Familiarity with tax compliance and reporting.
- Exposure to process automation or ERP implementations.
- Industry-specific experience (e.g., IT, manufacturing, retail, etc.) is a plus.
