About This Opportunity:


As an IT Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering complex IT implementations from initiation through completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You’ll collaborate closely with business leaders, technical teams, and key stakeholders to define implementation requirements, manage risks, and drive cross-functional alignment. You will also ensure adherence to implementation management best practices and healthcare industry regulations, while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within implementation teams.

Things You’ll Do Here


:


  • Lead the full implementation lifecycle for assigned IT implementation initiatives, ensuring successful delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive implementation plans, schedules, and key milestones in coordination with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Monitor implementation progress, proactively identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure implementation success.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration by fostering strong partnerships between business units, technical teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to gather and define implementation requirements, translating business needs into actionable implementation deliverables.
  • Facilitate regular implementation meetings, communicate implementation status to stakeholders, and track and follow through on action items and decisions.
  • Promote a culture of ownership, collaboration, and accountability within implementation teams and among stakeholders.
  • Apply PMO best practices and utilize appropriate implementation management methodologies based on implementation needs.
  • Ensure all implementation activities comply with applicable healthcare industry regulations, such as HIPAA and FDA requirements.
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO to optimize implementation delivery processes and enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring to the Team


:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years experience implementing projects in a healthcare, technology, or regulated industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Trello, ServiceNow).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a healthcare technology company or with regulated projects.
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HITRUST, FDA).

This is a fully remote position, and we’ll provide all the necessary equipment!

  • Work Environment: You’ll need a quiet workspace that is free from distractions.
  • Technology: Reliable internet connection—if you can use streaming services, you’re good to go!
  • Security: Adherence to company security protocols, including the use of VPNs, secure passwords, and company-approved devices/software.
  • Location: You must be US based, in a location where you can work effectively and comply with company policies such as HIPAA.
