Director of Marketing Strategy & Operations


Remote / Marketing / Full-TimeWe are looking for a Director of Marketing Strategy & Operations to own key expansion initiatives and help drive efficiency and growth of the overall Corestream business. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker capable of guiding strategy in a fast-moving environment, while simultaneously being detail-oriented, and efficient in execution and project management. This role will have a high level of ownership and visibility across the organization. The right candidate for this role will have a bias towards execution, a willingness to “roll up their sleeves,” and a proven track record of working cross-functionally with leaders of all levels in order to launch and project manage new initiatives.

Corestream is headquartered in Tampa, FL, but with a significant population of remote employees based all over the country, being based in Tampa is not a requirement to apply!

Responsibilities:


  • Own the B2C marketing strategy and execution for key business expansion channels. Lead consumer strategy and work closely with partners’ marketing teams on rollout.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define and implement key marketing growth initiatives and operational improvements 
  • Oversee the email operations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven testing and enhancements in areas such as deliverability, design, and audience segmentation.
  • Collaborate with key teams across the organization (Product, Account Management, Customer Care) to ensure we deliver a consistent, customer-focused experience
  • Partner with Data & Analytics Teams to implement data-driven marketing testing strategy and define measurement frameworks and metrics
  • Support the development of consumer strategy and messaging alongside the SVP of Marketing, and contribute to the creation of compelling marketing content that advances Corestream’s mission.
  • Manage strategic, cross-departmental projects that enhance organizational efficiency and elevate marketing impact.
