Job Description:
Home Remodeling Expert
This is a full-time W-2 outside sales position where you will develop relationships with pre-qualified customers, both prospective and returning. Your role will involve traveling within your service area, conducting in-home sales presentations, and closing high-ticket deals. Top performers can expect to make up to $200k a year.Pay: $90,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct professional, in-home sales presentations of our services to homeowners.
- Travel to and from appointments as required, completing assessments of homes to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
- Develop a strong working knowledge of our portfolio of products to best serve the customer’s needs.
- Overcome objections from homeowners and close sales by making our financing options attractive and feasible.
- Build and maintain customer relationships to foster long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Participate in ongoing paid training with the goal of continuously improving presentation and closing skills.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must have a reliable mode of transportation and be willing to work six days a week with your choice of day off.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as required.
- Previous in-home sales experience and/or knowledge of home improvement products are a plus but not required!
