Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our valued wholesale customers. This position involves providing comprehensive support throughout the post-sale process, addressing inquiries, and serving as the primary point of contact for wholesale clients. The Wholesale Support Specialist collaborates with internal teams to coordinate seamless order fulfillment and communicates proactively with customers to enhance their overall experience.This is a remote role but only candidates residing within a commutable range of the Detroit Metro Area will be considered.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for wholesale customers, building and maintaining strong relationships through effective communication.
  • Monitor and manage the status of wholesale orders, providing timely updates to customers and addressing any concerns related to order fulfillment.
  • Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns raised by wholesale customers, working closely with internal teams to ensure swift resolution.
  • Liaise with various departments such as sales, logistics, and inventory management to gather information and updates for wholesale customers.
  • Reach out to wholesale clients to communicate new promotions, product launches, and facilitate the reorder process for additional purchases.
  • Assist wholesale customers with order modifications, including changes in quantity, size, or other specifications, ensuring accuracy in the fulfillment process.
  • Maintain accurate records of wholesale customer interactions, feedback, and preferences, contributing to a comprehensive customer database.
  • Actively seek feedback from wholesale customers to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the enhancement of overall service quality.
  • Work closely with the wholesale sales team to support their efforts, providing insights into customer needs and preferences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer support or a related role, preferably in a wholesale or B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with wholesale processes, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
