Position Overview
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content that effectively communicates our brand message and enhances our marketing efforts across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and design marketing materials, including presentations, videos, pitch decks, brochures, reports, and advertisements, that align with the firm's brand identity and messaging.
- Create engaging and visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, such as social media posts, website content, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design projects that support our strategic objectives and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure all design projects are completed within established timelines and meet quality standards.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and incorporate innovative techniques to continuously improve the firm's visual assets.
- Maintain a consistent and cohesive visual identity across all marketing collateral, adhering to brand guidelines and standards.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives and effectively translate them into creative design solutions.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative vision with practical considerations and deadlines.
- Collaborate with external vendors, printers, and contractors as needed to support production and delivery of marketing materials.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative discussions to contribute ideas and insights for enhancing the firm's marketing strategies and materials.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or related field.
- Video editing software experience
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across various mediums.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate ideas visually.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in hospitality or a related industry is a plus but not required.
