Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented team.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.
- Manage day-to-day activities, set performance goals, and ensure the team meets project deadlines.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Work closely with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment with business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, providing guidance on best practices and technological advancements.
- Collaborate with team members to solve complex technical challenges and make informed decisions on technology stack and architecture.
- Ensure the implementation of robust testing processes to maintain high-quality standards in software development.
- Implement and enforce coding standards, code reviews, and other best practices to enhance overall code quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, UX/UI designers, and QA, to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and leadership, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and successes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in software development, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in Java programming languages and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
