Your Role - Come Join Our Team!


In this role you will:As a Software Support Engineer II, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the successful implementation and use of our software solutions.

Typical Functions:


  • Respond to and resolve client support tickets in a timely and efficient manner,ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with basic and complex SQL queries for troubleshooting and data validation, escalating more advanced issues as needed.
  • Review C# code for simple/complex issues, escalating technical problems when necessary.
  • Join client calls ~30% of the time to assist with data collection, support, and any needed setup support on tickets, ensuring that client needs are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Write detailed user stories and requirements for development teams to ensure accurate and clear communication of client needs and issues.

Other Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation to streamline support procedures and ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Work closely with Product Owners (POs) and Development teams to troubleshoot complex issues and contribute to the development of new features and enhancements.
  • Participate in training and educational opportunities to enhance knowledge of the product and build technical skills for career growth.

Requirements

Ideal Skills & Experience:


  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related degree and 2-3 years 
  • Ample experience with C#, SQL, and APIs Interpersonal skills leading to success - cooperative, courteous,flexible and good natured. 
  • Ability to successfully organize and prioritize workload 
  • Capability to speak directly with clients and provide great customer service 
  • Reliable team player that is on-time, engaged and contributing 
  • Excellent problem solving skills are paramount Capacity to work independently and within a team environment

  • Proficient at communication, organization, and prioritization of tasks.
  • Proficient at working with a team and motivating others.
  • Proficient at managing one’s own time.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Work Environment:


This position will be part of our new downtown Denver office. Candidates located outside of the Denver Metro Area will be reviewed and considered if necessary.We are a hybrid friendly company with office hubs located in Atlanta and Tampa, in addition to our new headquarters in downtown Denver. No matter where you live and work, you’re a part of the Actabl team. 

Compensation Package:


Qualified candidates can expect a salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 depending on experience.Our benefits program offers a variety of coverage options, perks, discounts to support work-life balance and help our team members  maintain their physical, mental, and financial health. All Actabl team members are eligible for the following benefits:
