Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Civil Project Engineer with expertise in land development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee land development projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.- Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and reports.- Collaborate with architects, planners, and other engineers to ensure project feasibility and compliance with local regulations.- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate project viability.- Adhere to project timelines and budgets while utilizing resources effectively.- Perform calculations and analyses to support design decisions.- Ensure adherence to safety standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills:
