What You’ll Be Doing:
- Drive growth by qualifying leads and moving them through the sales pipeline, securing high-value meetings for our sales team
- Proactively reach out to potential clients through multi-channel outreach—cold calls, emails, social, and industry events
- Get to know prospects and uncover their challenges to help them understand where CyberCube can bring real value
- Share product information and insights once needs are identified—you're a trusted first point of contact
- Use tools like Hubspot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research, build lists, and refine your outreach
- Partner with Marketing to shape demand generation campaigns and identify key targets
- Brainstorm new strategies with Sales leadership to open doors and meet quarterly/annual goals
- Keep our Hubspot CRM up to date with contacts and activity—your insights help drive our overall sales motion
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of experience in sales or lead generation, ideally in tech or software
- Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills—non-traditional backgrounds are welcome!
- Experience with CRM tools (Hubspot is a plus)
- Clear communicator—both written and verbal—with a natural ability to connect
- Energetic on the phone and resilient in the face of challenges
- Self-motivated and proactive—you like figuring things out and running with them
- Coachable and eager to keep learning and growing
