, our IT Team isn’t just the help desk—we’re the heartbeat of productivity. Whether it’s onboarding a new hire, wrangling IAM chaos, or solving that weird Zoom echo (echo…echo…), we’re the first call and the calm in the tech storm.We’re looking for an IT Analyst who delivers high-touch, high-quality support across systems, tools, and time zones. You’ll be the go-to for end-user issues, onboarding, device management, and SaaS ops. If you’ve got the curiosity of a tinkerer, the empathy of a support hero, and a knack for making things just work—we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:


  • Provide first-class IT support for our fully remote team—everything from password resets to hardware hiccups to ndsᴉpǝ-poʍu Zooɯs
  • Help welcome new hires by delivering smooth, consistent onboarding experiences
  • Manage user lifecycle across SaaS platforms—creating accounts, adjusting access, running audits, and wrangling group memberships
  • Support laptop logistics: provisioning, shipping, retrieval, and troubleshooting
  • Jump into IT projects that span teams and take initiative wherever you see opportunity
  • Maintain SLAs during business hours—then log off and recharge (seriously) 

Requirements:


  • You bring experience with:
  • Providing a wide range of IT support in a 100% remote environment
  • Troubleshooting macOS and Windows laptops, operating systems, and software
  • Administering SaaS platforms like Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and 1Password
  • Writing, editing, and maintaining clear, useful IT documentation
  • Being a thoughtful, collaborative teammate—comfortable on camera, calm under pressure, and ready to solve problems face-to-face

  • You think before you act—our systems are deeply integrated, and small changes can have big ripple effects

Compensation:


  • $72/hr - 40 hours a week, 9 month contract with possibility to convert to a full time role
