Xometry is looking for a Senior Manager of Internal Communications to support internal communications strategy and execution across our U.S. business. This highly visible role is critical to informing, engaging, and inspiring our employees—and ensuring alignment across teams and leaders as we scale.As part of a small but mighty Communications team within the broader Marketing function, you’ll work closely with our Head of Communications and have direct access to the CEO, CHRO, and other executive leaders.

You’ll help shape company culture through clear, consistent, and compelling communication—and support efforts that connect employees to our mission, values, and business priorities.

Responsibilities


  • Support the development and execution of internal communications strategy in partnership with the Head of Communications and CHRO—ensuring alignment with business priorities and cultural values.
  • Serve as a communications partner to senior executives—particularly the CEO and CHRO—supporting town halls, employee emails, change communications, and more.
  • Write and edit high-quality content across multiple internal channels (email, Slack, video, etc.).
  • Drive messaging and content for key internal events and milestones—and help organize, project manage, and execute these initiatives in close coordination with executive and functional teams.
  • Manage the internal editorial calendar and coordinate across teams to ensure message consistency and timing.
  • Partner with HR on employer branding initiatives and support company storytelling on internal and external platforms.
  • Bring creative approaches to increase employee engagement and information flow—especially in a hybrid work environment.
  • Contribute to broader communications priorities as needed, including supporting cross-functional projects, agency collaboration, and organic social media.

Qualifications


  • 7+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications, with time spent in mid-sized or larger organizations.
  • Proven ability to work directly with C-suite leaders and influence messaging at the highest levels.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills—able to craft clear, compelling narratives for diverse employee audiences.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills; thrives on structure and deadlines.
  • Experience with employer branding and internal brand advocacy.
  • Bonus: Experience managing organic social media channels or contributing to external-facing content.
  • Strategic thinker and creative problem-solver with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust quickly across teams.
  • High degree of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and discretion.
