Job Summary:


Are you passionate about driving brand growth and building impactful relationships in the beverage industry? Green House is looking for an ambitious Area Sales Manager (ASM) to boost brand presence and volume across key retailer partners for a premium sparkling beverage! If you're results-driven, detail-oriented, and have a knack for sales and relationship-building, this role could be your next big opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:Local & Key Account Execution 60%:


  • Large Format Stores will be the key account focus (i.e. Kroger, Walmart, Publix, HEB, Albertsons, and the like)
  • Accelerate Brand Velocity by 200% above Rest of Market across 65 key accounts per market
  • Secure new distribution points (PODs) and ensure product visibility by deploying branded POS and cold-space merchandising.

  • Gain new and increase existing brand facings, securing superior representation versus the competitive set

  • Ensure all merchandising standards are satisfied within local & key accounts - this Includes the application of coupons and building displays.

  • Implement incentive programs in partnership with the Client team to boost retailer participation and brand affinity.

Account Relationship Management 20%:


  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies in partnership with the distributor and brand sales team based on local market opportunity and insights gathered through execution of the role

  • Respond to retailer inquiries, develop tailored sales strategies, and provide support to ensure smooth operations and increased product sell-through.

  • Monitor inventory levels and address replenishment needs to prevent out-of-stocks.

  • Implement incentive programs in partnership with the Client team to boost retailer participation and brand affinity.

Distributor Engagement (10%):


  • Manage Wholesaler/Distributor incentive programming

  • Attend, Participate & Contribute to General Sales Meetings (GSMs)

  • Schedule and participate in market visits, ride alongs & spot appointments

  • Secure weekly (or other) standing communication with relevantdistribution stakeholders

Communication & Reporting (10%):


  • Execute sales objectives with regular tracking and progress reports

  • Submit all required reporting in a timely and complete fashion to designated program stakeholders

  • Utilize Greenhouse CRM tools (Repsly) to record account calls and KPI activity in “real-time.”

  • Conduct an ongoing SWOT analysis of business management and make recommendations within reporting checkpoints (weekly, monthly, quarterly) as needed

  • Collect and synthesize retailer feedback and share with the brand team

Qualifications:


  • Must have a valid Driver’s License and be able to drive/travel through the designated market area.
  • Minimum 4 years of CPG/beverage products sales experience or similar account service within the off-premise channel required.
  • Distributor management experience required.
  • Willingness to work unconventional hours to meet outlet/bottler needs (early mornings and weekends) required.
  • Strong customer service, brand marketing, and negotiation skills required. Results-driven and customer-focused mentality with a collaborative attitude required. 
  • Must be adept at networking, selling, and interacting with diverse groups of people. Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all members of extended sales and brand teams required. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation/public speaking skills required. 
  • Ability to be a passionate and enthusiastic brand ambassador for a leading premium sparkling beverage brand required. 
  • Must have strong Business Acumen, including Microsoft Office, Google Suite Professional communication, and presentation development. 

Compensation:


  • Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 annually 
  • Bonus Opportunity: 10% annually
  • Auto Allowance: $500 monthly
  • Communication Allowance: $75 monthly
  • Wellness Benefit: $50 monthly
