About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven
Product Operations Project Manager to join our fast-paced software company. In this role, you’ll be a critical partner to our product and go-to-market teams, driving operational excellence across the product lifecycle. You will own and optimize cross-functional processes, coordinate product launch activities, and help scale our delivery operations as we grow
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, enablement teams, pricing, billing, marketing, and customer success teams
- Communicate in an effective and professional way with stakeholders and customers
- Drive planning, execution, and delivery of product launch, ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and status communication methods.
- Support product management teams with tools, reporting, data, and frameworks to improve product planning, prioritization, and delivery
- Develop and manage operational processes that improve team efficiency and collaboration
- Champion best practices in documentation, product communications, and feedback loops
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in program/project management, product operations, or related roles in a software or tech company
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and working with product and GTM teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to distill large quantities of information into concise and effective presentations for senior management and other stakeholders
- Exceptionally well-organized, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, plan and track timelines and deliverables, and develop effective monitoring systems to ensure project success
- Proven ability to influence without authority in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
- Strong collaborator and team player with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization
- Process-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Self-motivated and committed to professional excellence in all aspects of work
- Familiarity with product management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Office Suite, ,etc.)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and improve processes
- Experience in SaaS or enterprise software environments is a plus
