RedhorseArlington, Virginia, United StatesOnsite

About the Organization

Now is a great time to join Redhorse Corporation. Redhorse specializes in developing and implementing creative strategies and solutions with private, state, and federal customers in the areas of cultural and environmental resources services, climate and energy change, information technology, and intelligence services. We are hiring creative, motivated, and talented people with a passion for doing what's right, what's smart, and what works.

About the Role

Redhorse Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Project Analyst to provide critical support to programs and projects within the Facilities Services Directorate at the Washington Headquarters Services (WHS). This role is vital in enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the Federal Facilities Division (FFD) by providing insightful analysis and recommendations to senior leadership. You will play a key part in optimizing operations and achieving the Directorate's overall objectives, directly impacting the functionality and resource management of federal facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform analysis and provide advice to management on the evaluation of the effectiveness of branch, division, and directorate programs and operations.
  • Perform analysis on the productivity and/or efficiency of individual organizational programs and projects.
  • Consult with senior leadership on business needs, assisting in translating needs and requirements into analytics and/or reporting requirements.
  • Interface with internal and external customers to ensure successful delivery of requirements.
  • Stay abreast of current industry standards, trends, and innovations in order to apply the latest information analytics and reporting improvements.
  • Advise on work methods, practices, procedures, and support senior leadership in identifying the components of a viable solution.

A background or some awareness of the Gov/GovCon/DoD-ish background is a huge help since it’s acronyms all around and they will hit the ground running with no training.
