The Opportunity


The Director, Business Operations will drive Kandji’s most impactful strategic priorities and solve our most challenging business issues. You will partner very closely with our CEO, COO, Executive Leadership Team, and Cross-Functional Leadership to dive deep into business performance, advise leadership with analytical business insights, and develop strategic plans. You will also lead cross-functional projects commissioned by the CEO and COO from inception to launch. This role is perfect for someone who is highly analytical, organized, and collaborative - all with a strong bias for action.

Day to Day


  • Work to continuously improve business performance and reporting.
  • Analyze internal data to develop business insights and recommendations for leadership.
  • Champion company-wide plans and objectives, and socialize priorities across the organization to ensure alignment and connectivity in support of our business goals.
  • Drive cross-functional strategic projects, such as launching Kandji in international markets and rolling out new products to support Kandji’s next phase of growth.

Qualifications


  • MBA from a top-tier school.
  • 8-10+ years of total work experience with at least 2+ years in consulting doing both strategy and program management.
  • Exceptional ability to support senior leaders and cross-functional teams from a position of influence/partnership, with experience supporting C-level executives.
  • Strong quantitative skills and the ability to engage in financial modeling / scenario analytics, as needed.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with a heightened focus on attention to detail; strong sense of urgency, proactivity, and independence.
  • Ability to structure work plans, navigate competing priorities, and manage complex projects end-to-end
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort working in a high-growth, constantly changing environment.
