Compensation Range: $130,500 AUD base with on target earnings at $217,500 AUD plus equity

What You’ll Do: 


Senior Channel Account Managers at Huntress play a critical role in driving revenue through engagement, expansion, and retention across our partner base. This role is critical in expanding our relationships with our partners while helping them deliver cybersecurity solutions to their customers through the Huntress platform.Our Channel Account Managers work closely with both sales and marketing to come up with creative ways to help our partners meet their business objectives through training, education, and empowermentThis is a high-impact, high-visibility sales role that reports to the manager of channel account management.

Its success will be measured by expansion and retention metrics. This role will report to the Regional Director APAC.

Responsibilities:  


  • Achieve and exceed quota based on both expansion and retention metrics
  • Work with partners to be a trusted advisor delivering solutions that increase customer satisfaction, grow partner adoption, and deliver exceptional quality service
  • Own a book of business; build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within assigned partner organisations
  • Develop creative ways to engage with partners to enable growth and partner success

What You Bring To The Team:  


  • 5+ years of experience in Customer/ Partner Success, Account Management,Channel Account Management, or a direct sales role
  • Strong knowledge of the MSP space, specifically related to the cybersecurity industry
  • Experience with Salesforce, or other similar CRM platforms
  • Passionate about building a partner community:  providing value to your clients through developing deep relationships, understanding their business needs, and making product recommendations 
  • Strong bias to action and ability to get things done efficiently and effectively 
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
