Join us and be part of a team that’s transforming the finance industry and empowering businesses to thrive!Position Description:We are looking for a talented and resourceful HR Generalist to join the Human Resources team as the company experiences historic growth. The HR Generalist will assist in the daily workflow of the HR Department and directly impact the candidate’s onboarding experience, pre and post onboarding. This position is responsible for ensuring a positive experience for candidates and new hires from the moment the offer is sent, all the way through post-onboarding processes such as sending new employees important information, ensuring they enroll in benefits, etc.

The HR Generalist will provide candidates clarity on next steps of the hiring process as well as provide new employees guidance and ensure they are well prepared to start their journey with iBusiness Funding. The ideal candidate will be well-rounded within the HR realm, a great communicator, and able to work independently and proactively. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible, adaptable, and enjoy the challenge of working for a diverse and quickly growing organization.Major Areas of Responsibility:•    Send out offer letters, set up new hires in the HR system, run background checks, run SAMs checks, create employee file and manage all employee paperwork, and ensure all necessary requirements have been met prior to start date.•    Send invites to new hires for IT onboarding as well as HR orientation.•    Meet with new employees for their on-boarding and ensure they have everything they need for a successful first day.•    Post-orientation tasks such as sending all new hires information reviewed during orientation, requesting documents,       running E-Verify.•    Maintaining accurate employee records in all systems.•    Submitting IT tickets for onboarding, offboarding, and any other HR specific tickets.•    Assisting HR manager with employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. •    Respond to employee inquiries if/when necessary.•    Run and maintain reports from ATS.•    Following up with managers to receive updates on candidate status, interview notes. •    Perform other duties as assigned.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:•    Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks at hand.•    Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.•    High level of confidentiality to ensure security and integrity of employee data.•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.•    Familiarity with relevant employment laws.•    Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.•    Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn organizations HRIS and talent management system, as well as other necessary systems.•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook).•    Self-starter- can identify needs and work on solutions efficiently.What Would Be Nice To Have:•    Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience required.•    At least three years of previous experience managing all phases of the onboarding processes for both exempt and non-exempt positions required.•    SHRM-CP or SCHRM-SCP a plus.Conclusion:This job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the job and the general nature and level of work performed by job holders within this job.
