Description
• Support in establishing effective employee relations by ensuring mechanisms for receiving employee feedback • Ensure all personnel files and central personnel database records, including qualifications, training certificates, CVs, etc. are maintained. • Maintain strict security in respect of personnel information, both on computer and in personnel files, • adhere to conditions stated in the Data Protection Act. • Support in the recruitment and selection of personnel for the unit working closely.
• Support in resolving any issues relating to employees with external relevant authorities and organizations including Merchant Marine, Labor Inspectorate, PNPE • Overseas the enrolment process of Caisse Nationale de Securite Sociale (CNSS), to the Caisse Nationale d’Assurance Maladie et de Garantie Sociale (CNAMGS) for the company and the employees. • Be aware of changes in legislation which may have consequences for the Company's policies. • Provide guidance to off personnel with regards to Terms & Conditions of Employment and Local Offshore Guidelines.
• Ensure all administrative duties required of the role are completed in a timely and competent manner.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resource management or other relevant major• Ideally 5 years with hands-on work in HR functions • Experience from offshore and/or maritime industry • Previous managerial experience is an advantage• Proficient in MS Office• Fluent in both French & English.
