  • Prospect and generate leads: Identify potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Qualify leads: Assess the needs and interests of potential customers to determine their suitability for our products/services.
  • Conduct sales presentations: Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Build and maintain relationships: Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Close sales: Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
  • Follow up: Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Report: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales role.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
