Associate Attorney

Trueline is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team in Denver. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated lawyer to gain hands-on litigation experience and potentially grow into a management position.

What You'll Do as the Associate Attorney:

- Handle various aspects of civil litigation cases- Provide legal advice to clients- Conduct legal research and analysis- Participate in negotiations and mediations- Develop case strategies- Attend trials and depositions

Must-Haves as the Associate Attorney:

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Colorado bar license (or ability to easily obtain one)- Minimum 2 years of litigation experience- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities- Adaptability and openness to feedback- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Nice-To-Haves as the Associate Attorney:

- 4-5 years of trial experience- Interest in firm management and leadership- Experience with Colorado legislation and appellate courts
