The platform also provides investor-grade SaaS operating metrics and analytics that help executives run their companies more effectively & raise money more efficiently.Today, Maxio serves over 2,000 customers and processes more than $17B in revenue for those customers. About the role:The Product and Lifecycle Marketing Team at Maxio is pivotal in leading and executing GTM strategies through product launches and lifecycle management.

Our deep knowledge and understanding of the product, the market, our customers, and competitors enable the team to drive product adoption and engagement throughout the full lifecycle through differentiated positioning, value-based messaging, audience-centric activations, and competitive intelligence. As a Sr Product Marketing Manager focused on driving product launches and customer adoption across Maxio’s platform, you will lead large-scale cross-functional initiatives to maximize market impact and showcase Maxio’s value as a leading billing and revenue management platform. This role involves close collaboration across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, and Revenue Operations teams to effectively develop and launch products, ensuring alignment and execution across all channels. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, analytical, and data-driven SaaS product marketer with experience launching and growing billing or revenue management software products.Key Responsibilities:Positioning & Messaging

  • Develop and continuously refine clear, compelling positioning and messaging that resonates with our target buyers and sets us apart
  • Own messaging frameworks, product narratives, and personas

Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Lead product and feature launches in partnership with product management and demand gen
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive awareness, adoption, and usage

GTM Enablement

  • Create and maintain sales enablement tools: pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, competitor briefs, etc.
  • Train GTM teams on new features, value props, and messaging
  • Support competitive intelligence efforts

Content & Campaigns

  • Partner with content and demand gen teams to produce product-focused content: blog posts, webinars, case studies, solution briefs
  • Inform campaign strategy and performance insights

Market & Customer Insight

  • Conduct market and competitive research and customer interviews to inform messaging, roadmap, and GTM strategy
  • Analyze user behavior, churn data, and competitive landscape to find opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with proven track record of launching and growing products
  • Experience with GTM strategy, positioning, and product launches
  • Strong ability to translate complex products and solutions into customer value
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract data-driven insights  
  • Strong grasp of SaaS business models and customer buying journeys
  • Understanding and curiosity for how technology works and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical individuals. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven success working cross-functionally across product, sales, and marketing
  • Preferred: Billing software experience
  • Bonus: familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Pardot, Pendo
