Description
• Responsible to monitor and operate all Equipment’s within Process systems within the design parameters and ensure that the performance standards & asset integrity requirements are adhered to • Actively monitor though inspection failure or discrepancies of all area and equipment under his responsibility, and rectify/report through a Work Order Request • Ensure First Line Maintenance, chemical management & laboratory functions are monitored, analyzed, optimized within the requirements and logged and reported • Provide the support to the Senior Central Control Operator in Managing and Operating the Mobile Offshore Unit (MOU) • Responsibility for managing the Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality for all Operation Personnel within the area of responsibility:o Take appropriate action in event of emergency as per the roll defined in the Emergency Response Plan o Manage and monitor all active PTW in your area of responsibility and where change in condition set for the PTW, take appropriate action as required o Monitor and Ensure a High Standard of Housekeeping in your area of responsibility o Ensuring all personnel support within you in your area of responsibility are competent and have received all required training for the task the person is set to do o Take responsibility for self and colleagues and actively take initiative to continuous improvement and to watch out and STOP to prevent any potential risk for failure o Take initiative in developing ideas and to influence an improved HSSEQ performance
Requirements
• >3 years’ experience in this field in similar • Relevant Technical and Maintenance experience on an FPSO or similar facility and detailed knowledge of Facility Operations and Maintenance • Three years of process plant experience with one year of offshore experience minimum.• Experience in the operation and maintenance of process equipment• Good inter-personal and communications skills; • Good leadership skills. • Good English and French level.
