Trueline is seeking a Fire Protection Systems Technician and/or Inspector to join the team in Nashville. This role offers an exciting opportunity to ensure the safety of commercial properties through expert maintenance and service of critical fire alarm and sprinkler systems.

What You'll Do as the Fire Protection Systems Specialist:


  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain advanced fire alarm and sprinkler systems
  • Collaborate with commercial clients to ensure full compliance with fire safety regulations
  • Meticulously document all service activities and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Adhere to industry-specific safety protocols and regulations
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of fire alarm and sprinkler systems
  • Generate detailed reports on system status and performance

Must-Haves as the Fire Protection Systems Specialist:


  • Proven track record of at least 3 years in servicing or inspecting fire alarm or sprinkler systems
  • In-depth understanding of NFPA codes and standards
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting skills
  • An eye for detail and proficiency in technical documentation
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites

Nice-To-Haves as the Fire Protection Systems Specialist:


  • Relevant certifications in fire protection systems
  • Experience with multiple brands of fire alarm and sprinkler equipment
  • Knowledge of building codes and local fire regulations
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Background in building maintenance or facilities management
