Trueline is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our team in Hawaii. This role is crucial for managing post-foreclosure and landlord-tenant evictions while serving as a key liaison between clients and local counsel.

What You'll Do as the Litigation Paralegal:


- Serve as the primary contact point, facilitating communication between clients and local counsel- Manage eviction referrals from start to finish, including case reporting and tracking- Monitor local counsel performance to ensure alignment with client expectations- Attend client meetings and provide regular case updates- Utilize proprietary software for efficient case management- Prepare and distribute weekly client reports

Must-Haves as the Litigation Paralegal:


- 2+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal- High school diploma- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail- Excellent communication and client service abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and internet-based tools- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment- Commitment to teamwork and adaptability to change

Nice-To-Haves as the Litigation Paralegal:


- Familiarity with eviction processes, real estate, or litigation law- Experience in customer-facing roles
