Description
The Sr. Human Capital Business Partner is the focal point for all people and Human Capital activities related to Gabon area specific. This role partners with managers and employees to help deliver a range of HR strategies, programs and policies within the organization. · Facilitate and streamline Human Capital activities including supporting managers during hiring process, onboarding, developing and offboarding employment life cycle.· Facilitate Annual performance reviews in partnership with Corporate HC team member(s)· Coordinate all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle.· Oversee and coordinate the delivery of Human Capital support and personnel administration.
Focal point for HC with employees, managers and 3rd party contracting agencies. Provide HC advise and support responding to general queries. · Actively partner with managers on People Related decisions· Continuous improvement of Human Capital initiatives, providing feedback on local requirements and ensure fit-for-purpose business approach· Contribute to the development and improvement of HC programs, policies, provide feedback on local requirements · Support Human Capital Manager with planning and identifying risks and opportunities in regard to attrition, contract changes/renewals, succession planning and employee development.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or commensurate experience.· 7+ years of experience in HR role· Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role. · Successful experience as an HR leader in oil & gas company is a plus· Demonstrated experience in the various HR functional areas, especially Employee and labor relations, Talent Acquisition and Employees benefits.· Structured and responsible, with reliable communication with local management and other HC Teams· Strong analytical skills for problem solving· Self-motivated with good communication skills
