MetaPhase is seeking a Vice President of Treasury and Financial Services with 15+ years of experience winning and delivering multiple enterprise-level programs within this portfolio. The Vice President will be a member of the senior leadership team within the Federal Civilian Market of MetaPhase and is expected to lead by example, exemplify our core values, and continue to evaluate and optimize program performance.

What You Will Be Doing


 As a Vice President, you will be responsible for building and delivering technical and advisory services across the Treasury and financial services portfolio. You will collaborate with Treasury government clients and Metaphase corporate leadership to shape the strategic direction of your portfolio. Primary expectations include:

  • Building a multi-year pipeline of opportunities across the portfolio that have clear capture plans and activities to expand our footprint in financial agencies.
  • Managing all aspects of multiple program performance (i.e., technical, contractual, administrative, financial) and coordinating program activities across multiple projects.
  • Overseeing planned contract revenue, billable utilization, and gross margin achievement.
  • Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, serving as a trusted partner, and advising customers on strategic vision and direction as well as managing stakeholders.
  • Ensuring project activities are compliant, completed on time, and within budget within a highly complex environment.

What We Need From You (Required)


  • 15+ years of experience in program management leadership of an enterprise-level contract or multiple simultaneous contracts for the federal government.
  • Proven experience building and delivering an account at Treasury OCIO, Bureau of Fiscal Service, OCC, and Mint
  • Previous experience managing teams of 50+ FTEs across various workstreams and initiatives, with oversight for multiple clients.
  • An active Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
  • Experience working with and cultivating external partnerships and relationships across the federal government and industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and written/verbal communication skills including expert-level PowerPoint and briefing skills.
  • Solid experience in proposal writing and/or other aspects of Business Development.
  • Flexibility and comfort with ambiguity in taking on additional side projects and/or standing up new projects as the need arises.
  • Experience in executive-level briefings and/or oral presentations
  • Federal consulting experience at Treasury, preferably in working with senior-level executives.  
  • Demonstration of strong relationships and ability to grow the account is key.
  • Experience supporting a BPA (Blanket Purchase Agreement) and related task orders
