As a Business Analyst, you will create and maintain clear and concise business requirements, specifications, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the target projects.
Responsibilities:
- As the first business analyst in the company, we expect you to help integrate your role effectively into the team.
- Create and maintain clear and concise business requirements, specifications, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria on the projects.
- Support the creation of technical documentation, system diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accurate interpretation and implementation of business requirements.
- Participate in the development and enhancement of the target projects
- Continuously improve processes and propose innovative solutions to business challenges.
- ·Performing analysis and specification for integration with 3rd party systems.
- Check that new requests don’t break anything in the existing product and are compliant with the main product goals.
Requirements:
- English level – B2 or higher
- 2+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst in software companies.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Experience in the collection and elaboration of requirements.
- Experience in creating business requirements, specifications, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria in a clear and concise form.
- Experience in writing technical documentation, creating system diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Basic knowledge of software architecture and microservices.
- Understanding of web development processes.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and have strong innovation and facilitation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong technical documentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
Desirable Qualities:
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience using the Azure DevOps board.
- Experience working with Agile framework.
- Knowledge of multiple functional areas, such as product management, engineering, UX/UI, and customer support.
- SQL — using basic queries, JOIN
