Responsibilities:

- Assisting the Legal team in Contract Drafting- Legal Documentation- Assisting on other Legal matters as and when required- Legal vetting and drafting of ecommerce, lending and trade contracts.- Legal research on regulatory issues- Litigation support- Internal stakeholder management and book keeping
