IT Specialist — Systems + Procurement

Location: Plano, TX (On-site only) Full-time

This role’s for someone who’s done more than just support tickets.

\

You’ve been in the trenches — fast-growing startup, systems flying, scale happening. You know how to keep operations tight and secure while things move fast.

What You’ll Do

  • Set up and support hardware, software, and internal systems
  • Manage user accounts and access — provisioning, deprovisioning, and requests
  • Handle daily IT tickets with speed and minimal oversight
  • Run updates, patch management, endpoint security
  • Own procurement: source and order IT + medical equipment, track deliveries, manage supply levels
  • Coordinate with clinical, admin, and ops teams on ongoing supply needs
  • Evaluate vendors and assist in price negotiation
  • Maintain clean documentation across everything you manage

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in IT support — enterprise tools, provisioning, systems, and troubleshooting
  • Worked at a fast-scaling tech or health tech startup, ideally from early-stage through 1,000+ headcount
  • Experience with SOC 2 Type II, or even better, HITRUST — audit prep, evidence collection, control remediation
  • Comfortable managing procurement workflows, vendors, and ops coordination
  • Background in healthcare or other regulated industry is a plus
  • Strong communicator, organized, low-maintenance
  • Bachelor’s in IT or related field preferred

Why This Role?

  • You won’t be boxed into IT tickets — this is full-scope systems + operations
  • Learn and own processes in supply chain and vendor management
  • In-office team, no ambiguity — clear direction, solid crew
  • Work for a company scaling for real — not posturing

If you’re in Plano and want a role with ownership, ops, and velocity — apply now.
