The range reflects thetypicalrangefor new hire salaries, it does not reflect the maximum salary for the roleover time.Individual payoffersaredeterminedby job-related skills and experiencedemonstratedduring the interview process.The TechnicalAnalyst provides Tier 2 application support relating to our technology solutions. What you will be doing:
- Troubleshooting,testingand coordinating to resolve reported application issues while providing status to internal and external clients.
- Identify,understandand document client business requirements.
- Manage a workload of support incidents and requests ona timelybasis.
- Ensure application changes follow incident management procedures and protocols.
- Identifyimprovements to applications & processes to meet user needs and communicate to theappropriate departments.
- Process data analysis and reporting.
- Perform other related support duties asrequired.
What you’ll bring to this role:
- Knowledge of SQL
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good customer service orientation and ability to follow through issues to resolution
- Self-motivated and team player
- Strong interpersonal skills
