We do data on a massive scale. INRIX is looking for a Systems Administrator to join our Helpdesk team.

This is an awesome opportunity for an ambitious individual to jump in with a highly productive team building and supporting both our end-user experience and the systems they rely on. We are highly focused on moving to 100% cloudified systems and delivering a highly secure and self-service experience using the latest tools available.  The position is based in Kirkland, WA and is hybrid with four days in the office and Friday WFH.Job Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver a World Class End User Experience: Provide hands-on, front-line support, leading by example to ensure timely issue resolution, coordinate ticket management, and drive continuous improvement in end-user support processes.  
  • Manage Microsoft 365 Environment: Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services (including Exchange Online and Teams) to meet organizational security, compliance, and performance standards. 
  • Entra ID (Azure AD) & Identity Management: Own user account lifecycle (provisioning, deprovisioning, and role assignments) and administer Conditional Access and privileged access management policies. 
  • Endpoint Security & Management: Configure and administer Microsoft Intune and Defender for endpoints, ensuring all devices meet security, patching, and compliance requirements. 
  • Automation & Scripting: Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts and API integrations to reduce manual workloads and improve overall operational efficiency. 
  • Security Leadership & Awareness: Define and enforce security policies, identify vulnerabilities, and lead organization-wide security education to bolster end-user awareness and practices. 

Required Skills:  

  • Demonstrated Entra ID experience including account lifecycle management, privileged access management, Conditional Access policies, and other identity security tools and practices. 
  • Microsoft 365 experience, including strong Exchange knowledge. 
  • Automation experience with PowerShell and APIs – We’re not fans of repetitive tasks! 
  • Experience configuring Microsoft Intune and Defender to protect Windows 10/11 and MacOS endpoints. 
  • Security Experience and Knowledge – Help us define practices and processes for improving the security awareness of the entire organization and delivering a secure experience. 
  • Ability to independently plan and implement IT initiatives, communicating with stakeholders and balancing competing priorities. 
  • Working knowledge of network concepts and troubleshooting. 
  • 5+ Years Experience

The compensation range for this role is $80,000-$110,000 including base and bonus. Compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
