Video Producer
, you’ll be the go-to person for high-impact, visually engaging video content. You’ll work at the intersection of creativity and technology, producing everything from fast-turnaround AI-generated visuals to polished promo videos and explainers. You can turn an idea into magic with the latest AI tools, and still be able to rock a Premiere Pro or After Effects timeline when needed.
Your key responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end video creation process — from ideation to AI video prompting to editing and post-production.
- Leverage the latest AI video tools (e.g. Runway, Pika, Sora, etc.) to create compelling visuals fast.
- Prompt generative video tools with precision and creativity to achieve cinematic and brand-consistent results.
- Have classical video editing skills to assemble raw footage, animation assets, and AI-generated clips into cohesive, on-brand stories.
- Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and product teams to produce content for social media, campaigns, and product launches.
- Keep a pulse on emerging AI video trends and tools, and continuously improve our creative workflows.
Who you are:
- A storyteller and creative thinker with proven experience in AI-based video creation.
- Master of modern AI video platforms.
- You are comfortable with crypto/Web3 terms and invest in crypto yourself. It’s a big plus if you can display strong passion here and even a love of meme culture!
- Comfortable crafting detailed prompts to direct AI video tools toward high-quality output
- Skilled in classic video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, or similar.
- Strong eye for storytelling, pacing, sound design, and brand aesthetics.
- Able to work fast and iterate quickly — we move at startup speed.
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating async with global teams.
- Bonus: motion graphics/animation skills, 3D asset experience, or sound design chops.
