Strong performance leads to high expectations, and we must keep raising the bar!We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Global Campaign Delivery lead to manage and optimize the operational activities of our global, integrated marketing agency partners. This role is essential to ensuring the seamless execution of international campaigns and the successful collaboration between third-party agencies and our internal VN team.
This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for our agency partners, acting as a liaison to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. Patience, adaptability, and strong organizational skills are crucial, particularly when working across multiple time zones, languages, and varying workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all operational aspects of our global agency partnerships.
- Develop, implement, and maintain operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Serve as the client-facing contact for agency partners, managing day-to-day communications and ensuring clear, timely responses.
- Partner closely with Senior Account Management to support campaign execution and ongoing agency needs.
- Collaborate with agencies to ensure all creators are properly opted into CreatorOS and VN Brand Lift Studies.
- Maintain and regularly update operational tools including:
- Inter-Agency Tracking Sheet
- Links Tracker
- Work stream Repository
- Understand and track all upcoming international campaigns, ensuring key information is communicated internally to relevant VN stakeholders and Meta leads.
- Efficiently transfer and organize data between spreadsheets to support campaign tracking in CreatorOS, and work to streamline this process for greater efficiency
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a related field, preferably in a global or agency environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders across different cultures and time zones.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to changing needs and workflows.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, project management software, and a general understanding of digital marketing platforms.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to develop and optimize processes.
