Senior Software Engineer - InfoPath to PowerApps Migration

We are seeking a 
Senior Software Engineer for migration of legacy InfoPath forms to PowerApps within Microsoft 365. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with PowerApps PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps), SharePoint, and the Microsoft Power Platform, along with a deep understanding of form design, automation, and workflow optimization. This role requires a strategic mindset, the ability to architect scalable solutions, and the expertise to mentor junior team members while driving best practices in low-code/no-code development.

Key Responsibilities:


- End-to-end migration of InfoPath forms to PowerApps.  - Assess existing InfoPath forms, identify dependencies, and design scalable PowerApps solutions.  - Architect and develop complex PowerApps applications integrated with SharePoint, Dataverse, and other data sources. - Optimize workflows by leveraging Power Automate for automation.  - Provide technical guidance and best practices for PowerApps development.  - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.  - Troubleshoot performance issues and ensure security compliance in PowerApps solutions.  - Mentor junior developers and conduct training sessions on PowerApps and Power Platform best practices.  - Document technical solutions, migration plans, and governance policies.  

Required Skills & Qualifications:


- 5+ years of experience in SharePoint, PowerApps, and Power Platform development.  - Strong expertise in PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.  - Hands-on experience migrating InfoPath forms to PowerApps.  - Proficiency in SharePoint Online, including lists, libraries, REST APIs, and permissions management.  - Solid understanding of Power Platform governance, ALM, and security best practices.  - Experience with Power BI for reporting and data visualization.  - Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.  - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.  

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):


- Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, SQL, and other data integration solutions.  - Experience with PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration.  - Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services such as Logic Apps, Functions, and AI Builder.   - Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-900). - Good to have JIRA and Service Now application exposure
