Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Connect with potential medical practices through outbound calling using a provided script
- Qualify and route leads to Sales Development Representatives to build pipeline and drive new revenue
- Use Salesforce to schedule appointments between qualified practices and Account Executives
- Share key insights and updates with the Sales Development team to improve outreach strategy
- Support the sales team throughout various stages of the sales cycle
- Participate in weekly 1:1s and career development sessions
- Continuously develop sales skills and grow within the DearDoc sales organization
- Actively contribute to team meetings, trainings, and overall sales strategy and culture
