Job Summary:AssetWorks is seeking an outgoing and creative Marketing and Social Media Intern to support our marketing team in executing key digital initiatives and enhancing our social media presence. We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to try new things—whether it’s brainstorming fresh content ideas, experimenting with new social media trends, or engaging with our audience in innovative ways. This role will assist with email campaigns, webinars, database management, and content creation, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and short-form video content. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to take initiative in developing trend-based content and strategic social media campaigns. This internship offers hands-on experience in B2B marketing, allowing you to build skills in digital marketing strategy, audience engagement, and creative content development. Job Description:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, and database management.
  • Create and schedule engaging social media content, with a primary focus on LinkedIn.
  • Develop and edit short-form video content to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Research and track social media trends, industry updates, and competitor strategies to inform content creation.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and suggest optimizations.
  • Support event promotion efforts, including webinars and industry conferences.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on brand storytelling and creative campaigns to increase engagement.

Qualifications:


  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills and a bold, outgoing personality—comfortable engaging with audiences and trying new content ideas.
  • Experience or interest in social media management, video editing, and content creation.
  • Knowledge of platforms like LinkedIn is a plus.
  • Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut is a bonus.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and creative mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
