The Role


Finch is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager to help grow and scale our ecosystem of strategic partners. This role centers on Product partnerships with HRIS, payroll, and other leading technology platforms to ensure long-term alignment and mutual success. As a key member of the Partnerships team, you'll also support revenue-focused initiatives like Channel programs and advisory networks.You’ll report to the Head of Partnerships and work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams.

This is a high-ownership, high-impact role that blends strategy, relationship-building, and execution in growing our ecosystem and moving our industry forward.

What You Will Do


  • Identify and research potential partners, reach out to key contacts, and determine if they are a good fit for a partnership with Finch.
  • Develop commercial models and drive negotiations from discovery through contract execution phases.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that we are aligned on success criteria and in driving key initiatives forward.
  • Represent the voice of the partner internally and align closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Success teams.
  • Inform our long-term ecosystem strategy and help advance macro-level conversations across the HR Tech industry.
  • Represent Finch at industry events and build trusted relationships with partner executives and stakeholders.
  • 60% of your time will focus on building new partnerships. 10% will support revenue partnerships like channel and vertical apps. The remaining 30% will go toward managing and growing existing relationships.

What You Bring


  • 5+ years of business development (partnerships) and/or corporate development, preferably at a B2B SaaS, HR Tech or fintech company with 10+ years of professional experience.
  • Strong product gut and prior experience with APIs, integrations & HR Technology.
  • Demonstrable track record of establishing and managing high-impact partnerships. Knowledge of partnership principles is a plus.
  • Analytical thinking, business acumen, and relentless problem-solving.
  • A strong bias for action, with the project management skills and attention to detail to ensure your success in a fast-paced, complex start-up environment.
  • Outstanding communication skills and an empathetic, consultative approach toward partner relationships.
  • Ability to travel to visit partners and attend conferences, up to 20% of the year.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, natural curiosity, and a desire to do something great.

$180,000 - $200,000 a yearFinch’s compensation package includes a competitive base salary benchmarked against real-time market data, as well as equity for all full-time roles. We want all full time employees to be invested in Finch and to be able to take advantage of that investment, so our equity grants include a 10-year exercise window. We also offer exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans. Our minimum cash compensation (salary + commission) range for this role is:$180,000 - $200,000Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other factors.This is a hybrid role requiring two days per week in office in either our San Francisco or NYC offices.
