The impact you will have  


You will play a key role in supporting customer retention and business growth. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with the teams across the Go-To-Market organisation, to ensure a smooth renewal process and deliver excellent service to our valued customers.

In this role, you can expect to


  • Manage and oversee all low-touch, automated renewal processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Monitor upcoming renewals and maintain an accurate renewal pipeline.
  • Establish and communicate renewal quotes to customers through SFDC automation.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Senior Renewal Specialists to address objections and adjust proposals when needed.
  • Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities in close collaboration with Sales.
  • Categorize effectively churn reasons, to ensure reporting accuracy. Share customer feedback and insights.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to renewals, ensuring smooth processing across internal teams.
  • Actively participate in process improvements, identifying efficiencies and implementing best practices.
  • Keep Salesforce and other CRM tools up-to-date with accurate renewal data.
