What You Will Do
In this role, you will:
- Prepare necessary US government forms to support employment-based immigration petitions, including short-term work visas, as well as long-term green card matters.
- Ensure all critical information, forms, and supporting documents are included and arranged in compliance with US government standards
- Draft and edit support letters required for petitions based on client and beneficiary's data and documentation using established templates
- Take ownership of identifying errors or inconsistencies in information and communicate these to the Project Manager on a timely basis
- Effectively address formatting issues with data, forms, and letters in a timely manner
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Attorneys to understand and execute effective case strategies that align with clients' immigration goals and comply with current immigration laws and regulations
- Iterate on feedback provided by attorneys and the client and ensure all information has been accurately updated and finalized for print
- Coordinate with the Support Team, Project Managers, and other Case Production Specialists to facilitate a smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Stay updated on product changes, attending company-organized training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and ensure a positive client experience
Other responsibilities include:
- Adhere to internal service level agreements (SLAs) on timely preparation of cases
- Follow protocol to maintain the strict security and privacy of our clients’ information
- Facilitates creation of print-ready MPDF for Legal Review
- Support special Case Production tasks or projects, as needed

- You should thrive in a fast-paced industry and have a strong drive to prioritize efficiency while maintaining quality standards. You possess exceptional time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines.
- Your ability to excel in this role will be evident in your effectiveness in accurately preparing forms and letters that meet our highest quality standards, as well as your ability to collaborate with Attorneys and Case Coordinators to meet the specific needs of our clients.
- The Case Production Specialist at Boundless is a key role in our client success operations. They identify themselves as partners on our Client Success team and adhere to strict confidentiality of client information.

What You Bring
- At least 1 - 2++ years of administrative/back-office experience. Document preparation & Technical writing experience preferred
- Experience with quality assurance and/or experience reviewing highly detailed, critical documentation for accuracy
- Strong organizational administrative skills and keen attention to detail with a sense of ownership in maintaining quality standards
- Excellent English-language written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt and learn new processes and products quickly
- Proven ability to effectively handle multiple tasks while prioritizing the timely adherence to deadlines
- Proficient experience working with Adobe Acrobat, GSuite, MS Suite, and Confluence is a plus
