The role

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven
Director that will serve as our

Global


Marketing


lead for our high-priority product, YORVIPATH. The ideal candidate will have deep experience development and execution of global brand strategies for a high-impact asset that has potential to be standard of care. They will have a track record of leading cross-functional teams across US, Europe and rest of world to drive launch excellence, future market growth, and meaningful patient impact. The position is based in Munich, Madrid, Milan, London, or Paris, while reporting to Kate Reedy, VP & Global Head of Marketing, Strategy, Insights, and Corporate Development, who is based in the US.

Your key Responsibilities will be to


  • Lead, develop and implement global brand strategies in collaboration with key cross-functional leaders in Medical, HEOR, and Market Access
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and patient needs to identify key customer/patient insights
  • Partner with US, European and International Markets to identify and shape lifecycle management opportunities, including potential new indications and/or dose strengths
  • Collaborate with Program Team members, inclusive of Clinical, Regulatory, and Supply Chain to align Commercial and Clinical long-term objectives
  • Develop an annual global marketing strategic plan for YORVIPATH
  • Update core claims in line with significant publications/data releases; ensure expectations on in-market implementation are met
  • Maintain the YORVIPATH global brand book to ensure consistent implementation of core messaging and brand elements across all channels
  • Serve as the business lead for select Tier 1 Global Congresses

Qualifications & Skills


  • Proven experience in Global Marketing within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • Experience in building businesses cases to identify and prioritize LCM initiatives
  • Strong understanding of US, European, and International healthcare markets.
  • Ability to unify brand strategy across diverse regulatory environments and differing labels.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
