As the Director of Implementation, Operations at Restaurant365, you will play a critical role in shaping the success of our operations software solutions. By spearheading seamless deployments for our restaurant clients, you’ll ensure that our implementation processes not only meet but exceed client expectations. Your leadership will drive the refinement of our methodologies, the empowerment of your team, and the optimization of project outcomes, all while aligning with the company’s strategic objectives.

How you'll add value:


  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of managers from Implementation and Ops Services, implementation specialists, and global support employees fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and professional growth. 
  • Methodology Development: Refine and innovate implementation methodologies and best practices to optimize deployment processes and enhance client outcomes. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, product management, and customer success teams to ensure that implementation strategies are aligned with broader business objectives. 
  • Project Oversight: Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and maintenance of the highest quality standards. 
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the escalation point for complex implementation challenges, working closely with clients and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently. 
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal departments, to support project success and long-term client satisfaction. 
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze implementation metrics to identify opportunities for improvement, driving team performance and enhancing overall efficiency. 
  • Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends, and restaurant operations to provide expert guidance and support to clients and team members. 
  • Training & Documentation: Contribute to the creation and refinement of training materials and documentation, ensuring that implementation processes are well-documented and easily accessible. 
  • Pre-Sales Support: Participate in pre-sales activities as needed, offering implementation insights to bolster the sales process. 
  • Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations throughout the implementation lifecycle. 
  • Product Feedback: Collaborate with the product development team, providing actionable feedback based on client needs and implementation experiences to drive product enhancements.

What you'll need to be successful in this role:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.   
  • 8+ years of experience in software implementation, project management, consulting, or restaurant operations, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry. 
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing teams and complex projects. 
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Experience with restaurant management software and inventory management. 
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools. 

R365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation


  • This position has a salary range of $144,720 - $180,900. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location. Restaurant365 focuses on equitable pay for our team and aims for transparency with our pay practices.
