Ad Monetization Associate Manager

We're looking for a talented and passionate Ad Monetization Associate Manager to join Wildlife's Live Games team.
As the Ad Monetization Associate Manager, you'll play a key role in our products' monetization, overseeing and optimizing ads revenue, which is a significant part of the company’s revenue. You’ll work directly with our Director of Live Games Operations and will work closely with multiple game teams to drive ads revenue growth across games.

What you'll do


  • Be part of a central team, responsible for ad monetization across games
  • Be the main point of contact for ad monetization for all stakeholders
  • Actively participate in setting up the vision and roadmap of ad monetization
  • Drive initiatives with direct impact on revenue, such as better player segmentation
  • Partner with game teams to drive improvements in the games, such as better ad placements
  • Be on top of performance metrics, mapping, and addressing issues and opportunities
  • Conduct analysis and external benchmarks to inform decisions and priorities for ad monetization
  • Prepare documents for leadership forums

What you'll need


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics or related experience;
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills;
  • Solid experience with modeling and data analysis tools (Looker, Databricks, Excel, or others);
  • Advanced English writing and speaking skills;
  • Ability to conduct projects independently and to interact with senior stakeholders;
  • Previous professional experience in ad tech, especially ad monetization, is a plus!
