Role Overview
We are looking for a Founding Wealth Advisor to lead our wealth advisor team and strategy. Wealth Advisory is the key to our mission of increasing our generation’s compound growth rate. We pride ourselves on rethinking established paradigms for the end-to-end wealth management experience and pushing the status quo. Our goal is to tech-enable the relationship between client and wealth advisor, setting clients up for superior financial outcomes and compounding their financial knowledge along the way.As a Founding Wealth Advisor you will be the senior leader responsible for shaping and executing Titan’s wealth advisory strategy, building and managing high-value client relationships, and driving AUM growth.
You will work closely with the executive team and across the organization (Wealth Advisory, Investment Management, Product, Design, Marketing, and Client Experience) to ensure a seamless advisory experience for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, financial planning and advice, investment strategies, and client engagement to enhance our market positioning and investor communications.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage relationships with thousands of high-value clients to drive AUM growth and engagement to the Titan platform.
- Oversee and conduct bespoke portfolio analysis for high-value clients, delivering tailored asset allocation recommendations and market insights.
- Serve as primary spokesperson for Titan Wealth Advisory by creating written and video content across a variety of channels (including email and social media) for a broad range of financial advisory topics (including investing, taxes, equity compensation, etc.) to drive client leads and engagement.
- Lead and execute the overall wealth advisory strategy, ensuring alignment with Titan’s broader investment and business objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Investment Management, Product, Design, Marketing, and Client Experience to enhance Titan’s product offering and client engagement strategies.
- Implement scalable systems and processes to optimize our wealth advisory workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and improve the client experience.
- Drive innovation in wealth management by reimagining how clients interact with and grow alongside Titan.
- Mentor and develop the Wealth Advisory team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring best-in-class client service.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Wealth Advisory, Asset Management, Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or other client-facing investment roles.
- Deep understanding of financial planning, asset allocation frameworks, investment management principles, alternative investing, and financial markets.
- Proven track record of managing high-net-worth relationships and driving AUM growth.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex financial advice in a clear, compelling manner across various channels (email, phone, video, and large-audience webinars).
- Strong ability to think strategically while also executing tactical initiatives.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Highly analytical, with proficiency in financial modeling and data-driven decision-making.
- Preferred industry accreditation(s): CFP®, CPWA®, CFA®, etc.
- Series 7, 63, and 65 (or Series 7 and 66) preferred; candidates must be willing to obtain required licenses within 90 days of start date if not already licensed.
Compensation Range: $150K - $250K
