Summary: 

Concord is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our team. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business, and achieving/assisting in the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas. The Business Development Representative will conduct research to identify leads and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and other means. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:


  • Generate leads and build relationships through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach methods
  • Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team
  • Utilize CRM software to track progress and update lead information
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of leads
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and networking events

Requirements


  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
