SUMMARY
The Marketing Specialist I reports to the Sr. Director of Demand Generation. This role works directly with clients to discuss, create, and deploy resident marketing material for ClickPay clients. This role involves tracking and reporting, as well as handling miscellaneous requests to support ClickPay client needs. This position also supports the resident marketing team for additional projects as required.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage marketing programs for new ClickPay implementations and projects, including:
- Conduct weekly touch base calls with clients
- Creating physical marketing notices (can be up to 8 notices, dependent on needs)
- Creating digital email campaigns, if applicable (coming soon: email, account activation email, account activation reminder email)
- Setting up and deploying email campaigns, scrubbing, pre-registering, and QA
- Creating a ClickPay customer login page, if applicable
- Work with clients to boost electronic adoption for the market while providing physical marketing notices and account activation email campaigns
- Provide monthly KPI tracking
- Manage and serve current ClickPay client needs
- Complete any miscellaneous requests from current clients for marketing needs, such as email campaigns informing of error charge, creating additional marketing such as coupon insert, updating/adding verbiage to notices, adding pop-up banners in users profile, etc.
- Support the resident marketing team for additional campaigns as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- Experience with Adobe InDesign
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Required:
- Experience serving clients/customers to discuss needs and follow through with deliverables in a professional and timely manner
- Experience managing muLiple projects and clients to deliver on time
Technical:
- Adobe InDesign (or similar design tool) to make updates to current marketing templates for client requests MailChimp or similar platform for email set up and deployment
