Overview:
The Operations Support Specialist will perform a variety of operations and compliance support activities, along with administrative and office support tasks, primarily for First American’s client-facing Operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance/audit reporting and quality assurance support (client records, KYC)
- Portfolio maintenance, including data quality review and insurance renewals
- Documentation storage and retention maintenance
- Client survey monitoring, maintenance, and reporting
- Organization of team meetings and events
- General Operations team support
This role interfaces with multiple departments and teams across the organization, including Operations, Finance, Data, and Risk. Occasional flexibility in hours will be required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong process orientation with the ability to follow established procedures and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience is a plus
Compensation:
