Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India (Hybrid; 3 days/week in the office) Experience: 7-10 years Industry: US Healthcare (B2B Focus) Reports To: CEO / Sr Manager- Marketing Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Digital / Performance Marketing Manager to join our team in Gurugram. This is an individual contributor role with a focus on executing digital marketing strategies to drive growth and organic visibility for a tech-enabled service provider. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large content websites, B2B digital marketing, with strong expertise in SEO for the US markets, and experience in driving organic performance for a B2B healthcare or technology-based organization. Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Execution: - Implement and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Drive initiatives that enhance the online presence and visibility of the company in the US market.
- Identify and prioritize focus areas for organic growth.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): - Conduct in-depth SEO audits, competitor analysis, and technical optimization.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve keyword rankings, enhance page performance, and drive qualified traffic to the website.
- Optimize content and webpages for search engines to increase search visibility and achieve ranking objectives.
- Be proficient in optimizing On Page, Technical & Off Page SEO
Content Strategy & Planning: - Conduct Competitor research Keyword research to build a comprehensive Content strategy to drive leads & traffic to website
- Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied.
- Analyze user search intent and create content strategies that drive targeted traffic.
- Manage on-page and off-page SEO activities, including link building and outreach.
Performance Analysis & Reporting: - Track and report key performance metrics such as keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversion rates, and inbound leads.
- Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others to gather insights and optimize strategies.
- Generate insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: - Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., content, design, and development) to ensure alignment of digital marketing strategies.
- Communicate results and strategies effectively to internal stakeholders.
Industry & Market Knowledge: - Keep up-to-date with the latest B2B marketing trends, particularly in the US healthcare market.
- Understand the nuances of healthcare-related keyword research and content creation.
Key Requirements:
Experience: - 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B SEO and content strategy.
- Prior experience in marketing in the US market for a Global BPO/ KPO/ ITO provider is required.
- Specific domain experience in B2B US Healthcare with a focus on Healthcare Providers segment will be a plus
- Proven ability to work independently and drive strategic initiatives as an individual contributor.
Technical Skills: - Expertise in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Bing, Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
- Power User – HubSpot Marketing
- Familiarity in using WordPress CMS
Soft Skills: - Highly Organized – ability to take control & simplify management of complex websites with multiple micro services, top and bottom page funnels and ongoing optimization efforts in a high content volume environment
- Very high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Location & Availability: - Based in or willing to commute to Gurugram, Haryana, with availability to work from the office 3 days a week on a hybrid basis.
