THE POSITION


Hiring Immediately for Part-Time Professional: Victory Home Remodeling is looking for a Guest Experience Coordinator—a dynamic, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about people, purpose, and culture. This individual will serve as the heartbeat of our office operations and candidate experience. You’ll work closely with our Territory Sales and SDR Directors, as well as our Director of Business Affairs and TA department to ensure our office experience is best-in-class from candidate and other in-person guest experiences to administration of the office, creating an environment that our employees enjoy and benefit from.

This is an opportunity to bring organizational skills, creativity, and personality to a thriving remodeling company that values innovation and team collaboration. While this is a part-time job to start, as the office grows, our intent is to create a full-time opportunity for this position. 

Key Responsibilities:


Administrative Support


Greet visitors, prospective employees, and vendors with enthusiasm and professionalism. Assist with office organization, including maintaining supplies, ordering Victory swag, and ensuring a welcoming and productive workspace. Ensure office equipment (e.g., printers and computers) is maintained and functions properly. Support territory specific social media efforts and internal culture-driven content creation. Perform additional administrative duties as needed to keep the office and company running smoothly. 

People Operations Support


Assist People Operations / HR with onboarding new employees. Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing support as needed. 

Communication and Coordination


Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications. Address employee concerns and contribute to a positive workplace culture. 

Qualifications and Skills


Proven experience as anAdministrative Assistantor in a similar role. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in office software (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft Office 365). Ability to take direction from multiple executives and prioritize tasks effectively. Energetic, ambitious, and eager for growth opportunities. Ability to liftas much as 25 lbs. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
