Are you ready to embrace the future with us?About the roleJob Type: Full-time Location: Neuquen, Argentina.Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled individual to join our team as an IT Support. This position offers a unique opportunity to work directly with clients, providing crucial technical support and troubleshooting services.The role requires hands-on experience with hardware, network configurations, and wireless connections.
You'll be responsible for providing onsite support and training for clients, with some travel required. You will also be tasked with managing technical communications with customers, ensuring their issues are resolved in a timely manner.Responsibilities:
- Data transmission hardware setup internet hardware and wireless connections
- Logistics field support, onsite support, and multi-day training with clients with some travel required
- Customer Technical Support rigsite (phone, email) including possible calls during evenings and weekends
- Supporting our sales team with engaging technical demonstrations
- Tracking of client bug reports and new feature requests
- Other tasks related to all the above
Requirements:
- Technical degree in computer science
- Strong knowledge of networks and internet connections
- English communication skills, both written and spoken; experience creating and delivering presentations
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Google Docs and Cloud
- Professional driver's license (D1)
- Residence in Neuquen City
Additional beneficial experience:
- Knowledge of drilling operations and operations geology workflows
- Computer science and/or IT troubleshooting experience
- Customer service experience
